Returns & Refunds policy

1. Scope & Applicability

This policy applies to all Web Applications, E-Commerce Development, consultancy, and related services (e.g., SEO, social media, website updates) delivered by Royal Goods LLC to clients in New Jersey or elsewhere in the U.S.

2. Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds apply only to services not yet delivered or performed.

  • Once service (e.g. web applications, AI-generated copy, consult call) is delivered or started, it is non-refundable.

  • Clients may request a refund within 14 calendar days of the service start date (i.e. when work commences or deliverables are first shared).

  • Requests past 14 days are not eligible unless mutually agreed in writing.

3. Refund Process

  • The client must submit a written refund request to info@royalgoodsllc.store within the 14-day window.

  • Refunds will be issued within 14 business days via the original payment method, minus any fees described below.

  • Processing fee of 10% of the refunded amount may apply to cover administrative costs (e.g. payment portal, processing).

4. Partial Refunds & Unused Services

  • If part of the services has been delivered, only the unused portion may be refunded.

  • A pro-rated calculator will be applied based on hours of work or scope remaining.

5. No Refund Cases

  • Refunds are not available if the client has received or used deliverables—e.g. final analytics reports, content, or campaign access.

  • Change of mind, acceptance of campaign outcomes, or dissatisfaction after deliverables have been received are excluded.

6. Policy Disclosure Requirements

  • Royal Goods LLC must clearly display this policy on the website footer, terms and conditions, and purchase/engagement pages, as required under New Jersey law .

  • We will also include a link to this policy in all confirmation emails and invoices.

7. Settlement of Disputes

  • Any refund-related disputes shall be handled via good faith negotiation.

  • If unresolved, either party may pursue Med-Arbitration in New Jersey under small claims or alternative dispute resolution methods.

8. Revisions to Policy

  • We may change this policy at any time by posting an updated version on our website.

  • The effective date will be clearly noted at the top.
